Mack, may i ask you a question. Lets assume your theory that NSS is destroying this company is true and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Why, then, should anyone invest one penny? It is not your, or anyone else's, responsibility to lose money and jeopardize themselves and family when this "problem" is not going to be corrected.
I adamantly, 100% disagree with your NSS theory, but if it were true, why do you stand idly by and lose money when there is no hope. Puhleeze, do not ramble on about a naked short squeeze ...because if SPNG was in the grips of NSS, the shorters would just ride the price down to zero, or revocation, and never have to cover.
So, either way you lose.
