yes a sale of 144 will result in a FTD for 35 days... thus as the FTD's don't align with nss nor do they align with sales of R144 stock... in any large amount at least...

if there is a short position it has been ex-cleared and has nothing to do with the reg sho listing.... as I am sure you are aware...
