I don't expect NEOM to get any dollars---it's not necessary.

I expect a licensing deal that will pay NEOM on every deal that Scanbuy has put together and that's a sizable number!

Also, a settlement will clear the landing strip for many more licenses to land at NEON's airport. It will validate our IP as a sucessful commercial venture.

I've wanted to be a partner of Scanbuy since they showed their amazing ability to do the heavy lifting.

A settlement makes us REAL...and makes Scanbuy REAL!
