Your questions are all legit. and deserve to be answered. That said, many have offered answers and not in the form of question, presuming all our credentials are about equal.. My questions are:

Who knows for sure what actually happened 10-1-09? Maybe last minute financing fell through, maybe potential investors read this board?

When did work force know they were layed off? Maybe 9-30-09?
I have no idea.

Who will go to the mixers if anyone? Apparently they are still on? A past post confirmed..whomever goes, good luck and safe trip.

Who knows for sure if Scott Copeland is running with his/our
money or did he actually fund the company with it? (If someone knows for sure, please tell me, for if he did fund the company, you cost me a passle of money by your posting otherwise; if not Scott, you cost me money!
Also, EXBX, unless it is illegal, why not 8K a loan,etc. by a officer/director to EXBX. If this is not illegal, EXBX you cost us all of a lot of money by not saying so, if someone did?

What is the status of existing sales/contracts? (I believe there are at least some?) If there are Contracts,etc. is it illegal to 8-K them? If not illegal you're costing us a lot of money.

Would self-serving posts affect possible investor decisions?
Positive or negative? I do not know but sincere DD based on actual fact can only be welcome. All other is just opinion right? In fact this IMO
