I never said I said suspected Frank has/had bailed, and don't twist my words to sound as such, thank you!

I merely said if assets and accounts were frozen, until the company is up and running again (which it now is), there was little point for ANYONE to sit around the Goleta offices, tweedling their thumbs.

Furthermore, it only made sense to close that office down since there was no telling just how long all things would be frozen.

FWIW, I believe Frank is at an age where he does not NEED to work, but if he has a most attractive challenge/opportunity, why not partake in it?

LTC is JUST that challenge/opp.

Have you (conveniently) forgotten that Frank D's field of specialty is/was the design of and FDA clearance of medical devices? Have you (conveniently) ignored that CSMG filed for four new device patents in July? Uhhhhmmm, who do you think most likely DESIGNED those tools/devices/instruments?
