I think you would get an argument over who cares about results of two wells. I think there are about 1500 shareholders in ERHC alone that care deeply about the results of the first two wells. Block three is of lesser interest at this point, and everyone knows it hasn't been drilled yet so there is little to PR on it other than when it gets started.
