Yeah I think that has been like that for sometime it has had that notice on the Pinks for a while. Not sure on the actual circumstance but rumors around ex-employee associations and maybe tied to that. I am sure something been noticed and they are investigating but not sure if they have anything or not. I am not sure If I care either way other than the obviously of any affect on Market value and some belief that it should be an even playing field for all investors. Hope they deal with it and get it cleared up to move forward! I still think its a stock and company for that matter with potential! Big potential!
