Sometimes it is better to give up on hope and recognize the reality of a situation. For real traders, going to a better story with more info is the quickest way to get back money lost, imo.

SPNG may have some great news and it could soar--but it would be better to take the risk of missing part of that move becasuue on any given day, SPNG may have to say more about the SEC investigation.

The biggest problem is the fraud involving the legal opinions for the restricted shares for the benefit of Moskowitz. Either that NY Post article is all wrong--in which case Moskowitz should be filing a laawsuit against the attorney and NY Post, or SPNG is in real trouble.
