ENRON ran tv ads and sponsored sports stadiums right up until their offices were raided. A scam is a scam it doesn't matter if they run comercials. I am in hoping that the nakeds and UBS did it but who knows??? If management is 100% clean then they are 20% dumb. Who gives away almost $2 million without a signed contract or an escrow agent?? -- a dummy..
