Well I learned something new last night

In doing some DD I came across an article which makes more sense the more I think about it. The thought had crossed my mind before that the tight lip nature of information flow is indeed intentional but NOT necessarily the fault of the CEO. In fact more often than not I learned it is the fund managers calling the shots not the CEO.

Which again! ... begs the question who did the financing and why was it kept in the dark? Well thinking further on that my guess is the CEO secured a loan he couldn't refuse from Tel Aviv or some Israeli backer quite possibly government funding from Israel.

Now that is purely ONLY my hunch it could very well be Silicon Valley funding for all I know, the point is what would be the purpose of the silent investor??? Well if your up on your PR's, so happens IDTA is actively looking at an acquisition or JV so it stands to reason this other company might be doing the funding and therefore the gag order on information.

How do I know all this? I DON'T it could quite easily be the biggest load of Bull Tweet you ever read in your entire life but common sense tells me it's plausible. One thing for absolute certain is this CEO used to tell you everything before the PR was even out, obviously not the best strategy for any volume or movement. However it is the nature of this CEO to talk with shareholders he genuinely enjoys a good chinwag Q&A session over the blower. That trait still is evident today but his info is getting squelched in the PRs which has left me put off to no end and I have railed him for years about it. Truth is I could be wrong it may well be the silent investors turning up the info squelch dial I just don't know BUT it's possible.

Callin 'em as I see 'em, and these boys ain't showing to much LOL! Just don't count out the very real possibility of a JV or acquisition and conceivably in the short term as opposed to the long term. JMHO

Best, Rich.

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
Including mine...good luck!
