I don't know if anyone is familiar with overstock.com...few years back I recall they also had a battle with naked shorting and certain individual and institutions....don't remember all the details but if my memory serves me right I think it was along the same lines...they ended up winning the battle...I believe over $200mill worth of damages paid back....I have faith in Peter, IPWG and it's management!!! GLTA!!!!


I can't trust scottrade any longer, why would I do business with a company that is potentialy involved in this mess...they blaming the compliance department...and I still haven't received my packet!!!! While it was sent a week in a half ago!!!
