You should, history has a way of repeating itself. If the O/S is as low as you say the company should be proud and announce it in a filing. What ever happened with the buyback that expired last month, where is that info? There are too many things going on with this company to believe anything not in a filing, and only half of those. I might be interested in buying back in at .01, where I originally bought in, if the company was under new management.
