Gaboy stated: "You still haven't been able to explain why Abbott continues to hold their license with Biocurex."

It was clearly stated in the 8K that Abbott would not have to pay the $50,000 for the 2008 minimum royalty that was due to be paid. I think that gave Abbott 50,000 reasons to sign that amendment.
