CEP.V - Info contained in this post. Huge volume today. More institutional buys today.
I have pounded the table in the past on this one and am still holding. It remains my largest holding.
A post by a poster know as windsurfar is pasted below. I have found him to provide valuable insight on this and one other stock I held in the past. Take it for what it is worth regarding his opinion but I do know the comapny has been working with an auto manufacturer for some time now to ready this on the assembly line.
This would be just one more revenue source for them to go along with aramid fibers, ceramic plates for soldiers, bullet proof vests for police, ceramic choke valves for SAGD oil extraction and other. They also just bought ALNX and still remaing is the '8th' vendor on the very large SAPI contract awarded in August I think it was. Perhaps that vendor was ALANX or CEP. Why it has still been unnamed I do not know unless it was held quite because of the ALANX acquisition.
In any case, this company is going places as is the price of this stock.

Ford has made a change at their website with regard to the bullet-proof lincoln BPS series. First read this link from 2003...
http://www.worldwidearmor.com/articles/ford_armored.html
Originally they out-sourced the armoring of the Lincoln to International Armoring in Utah, which made sense to see if demand was there for this kind of car. Armored
limousines had a market of 18,000 vehicles in 2002.
Now look at this link, it was just created on OCT 1 2004!!!
http://www.lincoln.com/vehicles/towncar/editions.asp

" The 2005 Lincoln Town Car Ballistic Protection Series (BPS) offers the highest level of ballistic protection commercially available in North America.*
Town Car BPS provides National Institute of Justice Level III ballistic protection against high-powered rifle rounds and incorporates a range of security technologies including:
• Ballistic Steel
• Military-Grade Ceramics
• 40 mm Ballistic Glass
• Aramid Fiber Ballistic Blanket
• Run-Flat Tire Inserts

Unlike many competitive offerings that are up-fitted on an "aftermarket" basis, Town Car BPS is engineered and manufactured to our demanding specifications and backed by Ford Motor Co with a 4-year/50,000 mile limited warranty. "

They have changed manufacture to in-house!!! No more outsourcing, demand must be strong, and they use ceramic doors, and an aramid fiber blanket underneath to protect against explosions under the car!

WOW, i can only speculate that the door panel for police cars has worked and Ford will also use it on the town car, this will dramaitcally reduce ford's cost of producing this car, as well CEP has the capability of supplying the aramid fiber blanket, which probably means they will start to manufacture the aramid fiber in house, which will increase profit margin substantially on this product!

I think the shareholders meeting reported by YVMES ( but curiously not on canada newswire?) at the end of october is highly unusual and could only mean BIG NEWS, the fact that it coincides with the predicted end of vehicle testing of the ceramic doors in past releases is just TOO COINCIDENTAL... I believe it is meant to be a nice public introduction of the new people from Alanx, and a big public announcement of the ceramic door panel, perhaps they will have a nice BPS Lincoln and Crown Vic police car outfitted with CEP Ceramic! If they also announce a move to a senior exchange and perhaps that Alanx is the 8th supplier to the US DOD for ceramic

SAPI... I believe it quite possible that CEP stock price could double, this ceramic door panel could result in a huge increase in revenues.

Just my speculation of course based on the above.
Dont be crazy... BUY, HOLD, ACCUMULATE....this will be a great month!
