Your proposed theory of a possible route to BK would require collusion on the part of several parties, and would require that the existing assets be liquidated and distributed to the various debtholders with the balance remitted to the shareholders. Given the size of the holdings and the value of the equipment, I would say that the value of the sum of the parts could possibly be greater than the whole right now. And BK would not be a quick process - it would take a while to be worked out, under the supervision of a BK judge, and with a lot of parties all represented by their own attorneys and advisors.
While your theory (which you trumpet as fact, while denouncing reports like Candy B's report of her conversation with "Attorney Carolyn Montgomery,(1-801-530-7313) running the Trustee Sale", or my confirmation with JTD trucking that the first shipment left the plant two weeks, complete with said trucker's name and phone number) is possible, it's not very plausible.
A simpler outcome, and the one which is almost certainly going to occur, is that the auction is about to be either deferred or, as CandyB reported, canceled. Even without CandyB's report, I would have expected this to be a highly probably outcome. With CandyB's report, it moves into the realm of almost certainly going to occur.
To expect anything else at this point, ESPECIALLY in light of this info, is delusional, or springs from a desperate stubbornness motivated by the most ill of intentions toward this enterprise and it's shareholders, such as would be expected from a basher/shill employed by a short seller.
Occam's Razor states that "when you have two competing theories that make exactly the same predictions, the simpler one is the better." Postponement/cancellation of the scheduled 10/9 action is far simpler to attain than a convoluted BK proceeding. I'll stick with that, and let's review again on the 9th, and after the 15th as well (which you have oft stated is the time by which either the company would file for BK OR the company would "cease to exist").
