If I understand your post, now how would "I" do that? ask the board? we all know thats futile..BTW I have 100mil shares....

JD gets a NOBO and can get a rough estimate...puts out say 5k shareholders? hmmmmmm

or 2k shareholders...means nothing without form 3's that are current...

JD does website update stating top 100 shareholders hold all the shares and 1500 are probably holding FTD's THEN i would start to believe there is an issue...

YOU, ME, TAKI are not gonna get this info and do the calling and certifying that this is the case are we....

Ball is in JD's court, he is ultimately responsible for the momo and the drop. He hired Clay to begin with, he had Chad last year...Time to STOP THE BS and get long involved if he and his company are for real...

End the divy stock issue as well. Thats a no brainer in killing EXPH IMO...GLTY
