I believ they cannot do that they can only buy at what it was they cannot be the ones creating the market so its up to anyone selling to keep it as high as possible and those buying to be willing to buy at the current levels, they can only buy at whatever the last trade was cant up it or then a buy back would send the price to 50 dollars cause they would be price fixing....
we have to depend upon the market makers and those trying to buy to be willing to pay.......
make money on atnp big buy rating just out....good luck
