Can somebody help me out here? The complaint all edges that $4.9 million in profit was made and as near as I can tell it appears this profit was made on 4.8 billion shares issued...unless there is something wrong with my math, this means the PPS was $367!?!?! I would like to know who they sold to because I would have gladly parted with my shares for a measly &1.00! LOL

But even multiplying 1.8 BILLION by $367.00 would produce an astronomical number.

I have trouble keeping track of all of those zeros, or I would do it.

Divide 4.9 MILLION by 1.8 BILLION.
