Deann, no problem:) About your e-mails. I've also sent the same mail from RCN to Renee Schenk, but I don't expect an answer, that's why I called. I was already "thrilled" that someone picked up the phone :))
And over the last months, I've send tens of e-mails to all the Q adreses you can find, heck, my outbox is loaded with mails to Q, but I still have to receive my first reply.....

As for "airing" and "nationwide", someone gave the different meanings of "launch" a few days ago. Maybe we could look up what these two words stand for, lol :)
