VIKING163, I would if INBG un-gagged the Transfer Agent;

Do you think O/S increases exponentially with each filing by magic, osmosis, teleportation, or the company dumping stock in lumps in very short period of time?

I did not see anyone saying that they were buying during that 200 million share day. Where did all those new INBG Longs go?
