the possibility of a reverse split now is ZERO! what evidence is there? you don't put out a shelf offering to increase the number of shares, to do a reverse split. you don't put out an options plan for employees, only to cut the number of shares going to reward these employees with a reverse split. both of these are listed in the 7 proposals up for vote in the proxy package.
one other very interesting item in the proposals. CHANGE OF NAME. now why would they be changing their name from ipwg,ltd. to ipwg, inc. ??? they would have to recall all the old shares, and issue new shares. a nightmare for naked shorts !!!
so why would anyone even think there is the remotest chance of a reverse split.
