SPP....while I do believe there will be a consortium developing what is found in the JDZ.....I don't believe ERHC will become a part of it. It is my belief/contention that ERHC will be absorbed by one of the consortium partners....lock stock and barrel.....which will include ALL of ERHC....yes, the EEZ too. The lipstick is as bright as this management is capable of rubbing on.

With the Chinese so anxious to spend their soon to be depreciating dollars and use these same dollars to secure their future energy needs....I find their interest in the EEZ....(they've already demonstrated their JDZ interest) a very positive factor and huge dot for the "flip" concept.

Perhaps a handsome multiple of our current sp will be easier for the hired co determining fair value to explain and issue their belief as being "fair value". This wouldn't be an easy task but again, we are riding the coat tails of SEO.....and when he gives the nod....we will follow, like it or not.

When? At virtually any point now. I don't think any of us will care about what is found outside of Bomu and Kina. I think the asking price was high enough that the approval mother had to get a picture of what they were going to be buying.

SPP...whilst the Koreans (KNOC) have the capability of building large offshore platforms....it is my understanding that buidling them and developing the fields themselves in this depth are apples and oranges. When you say "production platforms" I take it to mean FPSO's......as I do believe this will be the mode for developing?

Keep up the good posts......
