dude, the bottom line is, no matter what mods here will have you believe, is that when the 10-K doesnt come out, and the SPNGE stock, what ever the F it is at this point, the worthless peice of digital paper, LOL, SPNGE will be de-listed to pink sheets, and the company will never owe shareholders a single fact about the way the company is run.

LIKE I SAID, TRULY A HOME RUN IN THE MAKING
