not me. i did some major DD on GFGU back when and hated the fact that SPNGE would have ANYTHING to do with them. Thats what made me think differently about SPNGE to be honest. GFGU has so many skeletons in there closet that it looks like halloween year round.
The only part that bothers me is the ACCUSATIONS in GFGU'S 8K. The SEC doesn't need more DRAMA on this one while they are under the lamp. What GFGU stated,true or not, is something that SPNGE didn't need during an SEC investigation IMO.
