As most of you know by now, Scottrade was halted from trading this stock by the DTC because of a major 'FAIL TO DELIVER'. It appears this stock has been shorted with air shares which means some market maker will have to cover big time. IMO a large number of unregistered shares were dumped on the market causing todays fall in price. The next few days could prove to be very interesting.
