(OTC BB: WDMG - News) has announced a new venture partnership with Vibe Records, Inc. Nevada (OTC BB: VBRE - News) www.viberecords.com that gives WinSonic access to Vibe Records’ entire music catalog along with the responsibility to design, develop and deploy its strategic digital media distribution portal through the WinSonic subsidiary, WinSonic Digital Cable Systems Network (WDCSN).

The customized Vibe Records portal will provide flexible digital media usage models including permanent downloads, full streams and subscription based models across pc and portable devices in addition to carrier on-demand facilities. Leveraging the strategic WDCSN digital media distribution platform, the Vibe Records portal will offer broad device support, format flexibility, full service content licensing, reporting and payments with a new carrier based e-commerce solution that enables payment to telephone bills without requiring credit cards.

The WDCSN digital media distribution platform provides music labels like Vibe Records, and other artists, publishers and media companies access to new digital media channels, revenue streams and customers without geographic or demographic boundaries.
