except for James M. Farinella a previous officer

he was e-mail and asked about his share count for softnet

but his response

If you are asking about SFNT and i assume you are, then yes i am a 5% holder or just aboutn that amount. i am waiting on a phone call myself and am not sure what the holdup is on this
