my question ... Why the last two PRs ? + seems that Envirotek has financing available to them !

On Sept. 9th INCL's PR is identical to BEHL's and posted in the very same minute on Yahoo's site.
As I see it, it was mostly BEHL's PR.

but we did learn that,

"ENVIROTEK is in the process of acquiring significant acreage for the construction and development of the joint facility."

seems that Envirotek has money to "acquire" SIGNIFICANT acreage !!!!!!!!!!

but why the most recent PR ? it's with a private company that Env. ACQUIRED !!!!!

now, back to WHY? the PR before all of what you stated above.
could it be because a MAJOR development IS about to take place ?

"We expect the LOI to be converted into a purchase order within two weeks,
and installation of the units is (as in ALREADY IS !!!) scheduled to begin in late October.

To me, this deal seems to be nailed down quite firmly.
notice, ASFX recently ran on a measly $30,000 order.
