well of course.. although, I will take a WAG, if discovery doesn't look to be going in Hyundai's direction (favor), this will NEVER make it to trial..

I have access to real time court filings so I will keep the board posted as to the proceedings..

now, if you see massive buying, THEN, I post a court doc that states Hyundai wants to settle, you can guess that massive buying was me, lol..
