EVERYBODY is trying to buy today because of the NEWS! The market makers are rushing & fumbling & scrambling and trying to fill orders - trying to keep up with the deluge of orders in this news induced flood of opportunistic hysteria! The OTC reporting systems are jammed and failing due to the mass infusion of cash - failing so badly that in fact it only shows $26.25 worth of trades thus far!
