We lined up the dots and they all connect. The stock started to move a week ago Friday. There were no posts on this board. The movement started before any of us jumped on board. A few of us were lucky enough to get in below .01.
What caused the initial move?
It is anyone's guess, but we believe it is culmination of the followng:
1. Company is getting ready to make announcment they are going to do a RM.
2. Excellend DD by some investor.
3. Palmaz spoke last Wednesday, September 23, 2009. He may have inadvertantly let the cat out of the bag to a select few.
4. J&J just announced a huge settlement that Palmaz will recieve Royalties from. The settlement is in the tune of well over $700 million U.S.
5. You will see on Palmaz web site, Solomon mentions that sometime in 2009 Palmaz will be rolling out the Sesame Stent.
6. Solomon also goes on to mention they are in the process or reacquiring the Palmaz stent from J&J. This could be huge! That means they will have exclusive distributions rights to a product that generated well over $billion for J&J over the past 5 years.
7. They are talking about rolling out numerous other products.
We get an 8-k or news from the company about any of the above, we could be looking @ a stock price well above $2.00.

The connections are too, too strong for this to not be a Reverse Merger. Why keep the filings current? The entire staff has migrated over to Palmaz. Palmaz Scientific has an Investor Relations link on their web site. Have you ever visited a private company's web site and seen an Investor's Relation link on it? I never have.
You could be witnessing penny stock of the year in 2009. They could easily get listed on Nasdaq in no time.
There is a very important conference in the United Arab of Emirates the first week of November. We believe that too may be attributing to the interest. We believe they will make some kind of announcement that they are going public and then they will be over in the neck of the woods where there are some very, very, deep pockets.
