Spongetech "Cleaning Service"?

I just found this article that talks about a house cleaning service from "America's Cleaning Company" where employees would drive to people's houses and manually clean their kitchen, bathroom, etc for them. The bottom of the article has the number "1-866-6-SPONGE" for contact. I wonder why I haven't heard of this service yet... is this new??
