There is NO WAY that neom will be settling for anything but a settlement that will put them in a position to succeed. And succeeding means upholding the IP rights, in turn, being in position to reap the rewards if the ecosystem is built.

The battle has gone on way to long to settle for mediocrity and/or a position to fall into oblivion.
