I just spoke with SEC. I was advised that the SEC was unaware that Petro KS and Petro DE have merged. I am in process of sending in my certs and other information over to him...the SEC eluded to the fact that they are under a serious investigation for misrepresentation. This is fact. Do not take my word on this. Any of you are free to use the number nicely provided by kej and you will be told the same thing. They want cert information elect or paper. Now since this is not a scam I expect for you all to willingly call the number provided and turn over any information they ask for. If PAC is doing appropriate business you all have nothing to worry about. Next is the MO Atty General... It is time to revisit with them about PAC.
