So on May 3, 2005, the HOD hit 0.749.
Both the AS and the OS have gone up by about a factor of five since then.

So, it could be concluded that a major announcement might move us to .15. I know that is overly simplistic. The fact that many investors have been burned by Neom in the past might limit the interest. And many investors might buy a penny stock at .20, but .01, .02? That could limit the upside. But these factors could be off-set if the announcement involved true substantive news, not just hype.

So who knows?
