Rumored Reason for Jonathan Kim's Board Departure

The Exobox team has removed Jonathan Kim's bio from the website. I post an archived copy here for information purposes:

"Jonathan Kim is Senior Vice President of Operations for Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, overseeing the 8 Gringo’s restaurants along with their new restaurant concept, Bullrito’s. Gringo’s is a full-service chain of Tex-Mex restaurants that has been in business for more than 15 years, with eight Gringo’s locations all over the greater Houston area and in San Antonio. Mr. Kim brings to Exobox his considerable general business operations expertise and is a substantial shareholder in the Company."

I found the Bullrito's Press Kit online that contained the following information about Mr. Kim: "Jonathan Kim (operations)
Jonathan began his restaurant career in 1986 with Birraporetti's Italian Restaurant while attending classes
at the University of Houston. In 2000, Jonathan joined the Gringo’s team as the general manager of the
La Porte store. Now, Jonathan is ”bowled” over with Bullritos® (he prefers the bowl to the burrito) and is
overseeing all aspects of the business operations. And with tons of industry expertise, it’s safe to say,
Jonathan “runs” the bulls."

I also found the following at http://www.kancept.com/members/show/1169 (Jonathan Kim)
"I'm the Sr. Vice President of our two concepts in the Houston area Gringo's Mexican Kitchen (8 units) and Bullrito's (total of 13 stores in the pipeline; mainly franchise units)...Been in the restaurant business for 24 years and currently opening my own franchise Bullrito's in Deer Park, Texas as well as Sr. Vice President of Gringo's Mexican Kitchen and Bullritos. I also serve on the board of directors for a publicly traded software company." - Apparently he hasn't updated that last part.
