Depends, CNOA stock have been performing better since they dropped the IR firm. I guess they figured it was a waste of money and found a better way to create liquidity. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it better than that old IR firm did.

Traders and investors care about bottom line numbers and liquidity, not updated web sites.
