I honestly don't know what will happen to common right now. Their chances of surviving whole without an asset sale IMO are minimal.
The lawyer's comments are self-explanatory. Even if you call them they will probably tell you to wait for POR.
Even after all that, CEMJQ is holding strong here at .90. Who knows, it may surprise all the naysayers and go to $1.50, even higher, or just die at .50. That's the beauty and curse of the market.
You just have to trade smart to protect your profits. Some people learn that the hard way when they are up big, to eventually lose all. There's also the possibility you leave much profit on the table.
