Great find cmzio! My favorite quote from Brent regarding rare earths:

" there's no way to value the rare earth deposits right now because we don't know what the concentrates are, we don't know the ratio of each metal and the difficulty of getting them out, each deposit is unique. It is a very difficult model to put a valuation on which is perfect, we have a bunch of elements nobody can say, nobody has lost money on, the world needs them and you can't value them... perfect!"

Makes me think of the internets of the late 90's where the one's that rose the highest were the "story" companies that had no earnings and no way to value them. 2010 is gonna be an exciting year for SRSR IMHO.
