I noticed they are not showing all the bids. I put in a buy order at .45 when it was .40 X .50 to see if it would raise the bid price and it did not show. I cancelled it after about ten minutes and now they downticked the ask to .45. Makes me think that someone is purposely holding it in this range for whatever reason.
