Today's PR merely told you UNODC is in. While that is certainly a significant material event and congratulations to all, the CEO never mentioned how many kits. For years I have criticized his vague stance on contracting today is no different. I can only hope this CEO doesn't plow under as he pushes through. Good call Orange but my thoughts are he could have PR'ed the number of kits and for whatever reason chose not too.
