Once news of the orders is released, the mere possibility that this could be the next TASER is going to drive the SP far, far higher than it would otherwise go.

Take Chipolte, for example. Because people compared Chipolte to Starbucks (in terms of marketing plan, structure of business, etc), Chipolte's stock went way higher than it would have otherwise. "Chipolte is the next Starbucks," they would say, which made Chipolte stock skyrocket.
