Reasons for Complain: I have already filed my complaint with SEC and used the following reasons

1- Sept 09 PR States "eWorld Companies Receives Major Offer for Purchase of All Outstanding Shares"
An offer from a financially troubled company is NOT called a major offer. I can offer to buy apple today. Is that a major offer???

2- EWRC kept shareholder in dark for 3 weeks - even after LVLV had trading suspensions troubles on Spet 23
