Hi Deb, I thought '09 was complete and they only had to re-audit '08, but could not file the '09 until the '08 is re-done?

Also, I was thinking this morning that even if they (the audit firm) was ready say 2 or 3 days ago with the re-audit, I feel the audit firm is going to go extra slow to make SURE they don't forget to cross a T and dot an I. They know SPNGE is breathing down their throats to get the job done ASAP, SEC is watching, Audit firm credibility is at risk, IR letting SPNGE daily know the barrage of calls and messages they are receiving to produce results and lastly they don't want to be the subject of an article by online message writers or newspaper journalists.
