i called the DTC to see if I can get the number of shares actually in the system being traded to see if it is more than the float at that time. but they told me i needed the Company DTC listing number which i have to get from the Company. i didn't bother to do so... i guess the way to know is to force a buy-in by asking the shareholders to pull their stock certs. if these counterfeit shares actually exist, they don't have dividend rights so that another way to find out.
