Seems like some posters here dont have a clue how audits are conducted when a public company is under audit. Let me set the record straight for SPNGE. Documentary evidence holds the least validity because it is digital and it can be easily altered. You better believe the SEC will NOT look at ONLY documents. What WILL be examined very carefully will be the physical evidence and the testimonial evidence. Obviously, the physical evidence will be that of Spongetech manufacturing/production facilities and wether supporting documents for production can be validated by the physical plant and equipment. The actual physical whereabouts of their customers will also need to be validated. The testimonial evidence will be that of SpongeTech and their customers. Will all of this testimony be corroborated? We shall see. I am long SPNGE. Hope this helps.
