My situation would be different than yours if I jump in soon for a bounce up.....But ive never seen this go lower than .11 for the past 6 months....after hours says it up at .15 now.
I make to many mistakes to offer any advice....I'm just lucky to be up for the year!

Search around and look for a chart....it may be over sold????
