I think that's a fair assessment SA12.
Speaking of technicals ... TIV 'could' be in an ascending triangle. A bounce off the lower uptrend line then a breakout above the upper resistance area, especially on high volume, could bode well for some further 'technical appreciation'. At this juncture, lots of latecomer traders wait for that sort of breakout to jump in, feeling the stock has for whatever reason proven to have some legs.
