Here is an e-mail from the CEO;

"XXXXXXX,

The company issued approximately 2 million shares when the stock price was at .03 for debt reduction. You may confirm with the TA. That certificate was not even delivered to the purchaser until today. The current market is due to market makers, shareholders, traders etc. and of course my PR which was not well received.



We publicly disclose when we raise capital. Also for the record, the company cannot sell shares into the market place. We only can conduct private party transactions, and I have now disclosed this to you, just as our TA would disclose to anyone who calls.



If you are looking for the source of the massive sell-off, so am I.
