Never mind company fundamentals! It's all about the number of people running a stock down! That's a sure sign of a successful company!

Other signs of a successful company:
1) an office
2) a phone
3) a website that is updated
4) a business plan
5) a president
6) employees
7) revenue
8) integrity
9) intelligence
10) anything that is the opposite of FFGO!
IMO of course!
